I am a native Albertan with more than thirty years of experience as an educator, caseworker, mediator, and therapist. During that time, I raised my four children and welcomed my granddaughter to the world. It is safe to say, that I know first-hand about the dynamics of family, parenting, and the impacts associated with the ups and downs of family life.
My practice focuses on meeting clients where they are by helping them find solutions and strategies to enhance their quality of life and decrease their stress. that promotes positive outcomes. From activity-based interventions to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), I offer current methodologies which include the most recent empirical research and advances in psychotherapy. I dedicate myself to helping clients move forward on their road to healing and balance.
Everybody needs somebody to talk to. There is no "one-size-fits-all" formula for wellness, which is why I offer a holistic approach to therapy, where collaboration and trust strengthen your unique path to self-discovery. The answers lie within ourselves and in times of crisis, when you may not have friends or family to turn to for help, psychotherapy can offer the support you need to discover the answers within yourself.
